This month ADAs Your Rights, One Voice story profiles, Erin Argueta, an experienced traveler who has type 1 diabetes. When Erin had to travel for business, she needed to leave earlier than her colleagues, to allow extra time to get through airport security with her insulin pump. That caused her problems at work. With the help of an American Diabetes Association Legal Advocate, Erin was able to negotiate the accommodations she needed-and continue doing her job. Read Erins Story.
